GOOD POINTS: The Bento lunch box for kids is a really smart way of packing your child off with their favourite homemade lunch or meal, whether for school, nursery or a day out.
The lunch box is made from a durable plastic and comes in two bright funky designs with great graphics to appeal to boys and girls. It is circular in shape and comes with a removable screw on/off lid which is fully leakproof and has a large and comfortable integrated carry handle.
The wonderful feature of the lunch box is that it has a double wall filled with foam insulation which enables it to keep food either warm or cold for up to three hours, and a silicone vent on the top allows steam to escape safely without creating a vacuum inside the container. Furthermore, the container is microwave-safe, and can be either heated on demand, or pre-heated in the morning ready to eat at lunchtime (where it will still be warm!).
Please also note that additional Bento containers can be attached to each other via a special Bento connector lid (sold separately).
The Bento lunch box is, in our opinion, a practical and functional food storage solution for kids which they will love to show off to their friends.
BAD POINTS: The inside of the container is not that big.
