DESCRIPTION: A 1:32 scale construction model of an authentic farm building, including small lean-to complete with feeding rails, walling and gates at each end. Dimensions are 33 x 44 x 28cm. Instructions sheet and screwdriver are included. Vehicles, animals and accessories not included. Suitable for children aged 3 years upwards.

GOOD POINTS: This Dual Purpose Building is a great little construction set for young children, and a perfect accessory for the Britains toy farmyard range.

The set is, in our opinion, suited more towards older children, as it consists of a large number of good quality plastic parts which require assembly upon purchase. Diagrammed instructions are included for you/your child to follow, along with a small screwdriver to assemble the components.

Upon completion, the building is a sizeable model and very authentic in appearance, with a substantial sloping plastic green roof (with clip-on 'Britains' badge) and 'timber' frame, and plenty of room to park the Britains farm vehicles and machinery (sold separately).

Towards one end of the building is a small lean-to area which is perfect for housing livestock (also sold separately), and is even separated from the main area by a realistic looking little brick wall! This animal area comes complete with feeding rails along the side, as well as (opening) gates at each end.

In our opinion, this is a great little additional set to add to a farmyard range which your child will have great fun building before they play!

BAD POINTS: There are lots of tiny parts and screws which are a little fiddly to put together, and this is a definite 'dads (or mums) required' model as children at the lower end of the recommended age range will not be able to construct this on their own.
