DESCRIPTION: A plastic shape-sorter ball with ten shape blocks, and handles to pull the ball apart. Diameter is 16.5 cm. Suitable for children aged 6 months upwards.
GOOD POINTS: This is a classic toy which is a great shape-sorter as well as a rolling rattle. It is a ball-shaped toy with one half red and the other blue. Each half has five different shapes cut out of it, into which your child must feed through the correct matching shape piece.
The Shape O Ball toy comes with ten yellow shape pieces in total, which are chunky and a good size for young children to grab and hold. Each shape piece also has a number on one side with the corresponding number of dots on the other, which is ideal for introducing numbers skills and counting skills.
The ball is great storage for the shape blocks, and comes with two handles which pull the two halves apart to release them. In all, this is a great tupperware shape sorter toy which is educational, easy to transport, and very durable.
BAD POINTS: The ball may be difficult for a younger child to pull apart by themselves.
