PRODUCT: OXO Good Grips POP Snack Jar 1.9L ( POP Cookie Jar

DESCRIPTION: A 1.9L clear BPA-free plastic food storage jar with an airtight seal operated by a unique push-button mechanism. Available also in a larger 2.8L size.

GOOD POINTS: This Snack Jar is a brand new addition to the OXO 'POP' range of kitchen food storage containers, which makes a really practical and attractive way to store your favourite family treats.

The jar is a compact size which can accommodate a good quantity of dried foodstuffs, and has a traditional rounded cookie-jar design, with flat sides and back that enable it to sit flush against a wall to maximise countertop space.

The Snack Jar is made from a clear BPA-free plastic, which makes it not only safe for storing food, but also safe for rough handling by young children, with the added benefit that they can easily see at a glance what's inside! In addition, the jar has a substantial rubber ring on the bottom of the base which stops it from sliding around or scratching kitchen surfaces whilst its contents are being accessed.

OXO POP Cookie JarThe best feature of the POP Cookie Jar is its chunky circular airtight lid, which has a unique pop-up button mechanism on the top that makes it amazingly simple and easy for even the youngest family members to use, while ensuring that the jar's contents are kept dry and fresh.

To make the jar airtight, simply push the button in to lock the silicone seal in place; pushing the button again releases the lid, and even creates its own handle for easy and instant removal from the jar. Note that the lid can also be easily dismantled for cleaning.

The OXO Snack Jar is, in our opinion, a brilliantly-designed and practical storage container for snacks, that is quick and easy to use, and perfectly child-friendly!

BAD POINTS: None that we can find!
