Official testerPRODUCT: Orchard Toys Who's in Space? Puzzle ( Toys Whos in Space puzzle

DESCRIPTION: A 25-piece jigsaw puzzle for young children with a space science theme, with an educational guide included on the back of the box. Dimensions of the puzzle are 42cm x 30cm (16.5" x 12"). Suitable for children aged 3 years upwards.

GOOD POINTS: The Who's in Space Jigsaw Puzzle is another great puzzle from Orchard Toys, and will certainly appeal to any little space fanatics out there.

The puzzle is very much geared towards young children who are new to the world of puzzling! There are twenty-five jigged pieces in total, each piece very sturdy and durable in design, and a fantastic large size to suit holding, handling and slotting together by small hands.

The completed puzzle is rectangular in size, and is based around a delightful space backdrop, featuring many fun illustrations that young children will love, including spacemen (and woman!), spaceships, planets and even aliens!

The delightful use of bright colours is visually very stimulating, and the completed picture is packed full of details and things for your child to spot and point out.

In addition, the puzzle comes in a handy little storage box with carry handle, with a really educational reference guide on the back which gives some useful information about several of the objects shown within the scene. This is a really excellent way to promote discussion and develop your child's observational skills.

In our opinion, this is a perfect first puzzle for preschoolers which is fun, educational and ideal for promoting hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

BAD POINTS: None, other than there are lots of separate pieces which may be easily lost over time.
